I am really pissed off from the situation ,I can't do anything for them , I am just watching the news , and hoping that the situation will get better T-T
Rua-san, i think we can do a lot for them, we can donate food, money and blood and most importantly we can pray for them; you know for us prayer is not a gesture, it can make a difference if we are sincere and pure.
I think such tragic incidents remind us that nobody will help us if we don't help ourselves. We have to work hard and fight hard in our own battle field. Our battle field is inside us, it is why we are weak in the first place. We have to work hard to improve ourselves and make sure that our children are better than us and when we're strong, no enemy can hurt us.
Keep in mind that it took our predecessors more than 90 years to reclaim Jerusalem from the crusaders. We can't go on without hope and hard work.

This was followed by a ground invasion on January 3rd that (the 6th) has resulted in the deaths of more than six people on the Palestinian side and nearly three thousand wounded. In response to these conditions in Palestine, the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies Middle East Islam Research and Education Project is holding an emergency workshop. This workshop will feature scholars with long years of experience studying the Middle East and Palestine, and will consider the background and prospects of the conflict, as well as what we should say and do about it. We welcome everyone to come and join us.

色々な利権や宗教上の問題が複雑に絡んだこの問題は、すぐに根本的に解決できるものではないと思うけど、今もこうして罪のない未来のある子供達の生活が脅かせれてしまっていることは事実で、本当に悲しくて私はなんて無力なんだと思った。
せめて明日年越しの時に神社へ行ったら、この子供達が一刻も早く、この争いに怯える事のないよう安心して暮らせるようになるように、空に願おうと思う。
